BRIDGET RANDALL: I trained as a biologist and married one too, so sculpting animals was sort of inevitable. I had lessons with Anton Momberg, who said all sculptures should make one want to touch or go round the piece. I also try to be fairly biologically accurate. I have sold through various galleries, including the Read Galleries and Cape Gallery, and privately and a number of editions have sold out. To me who bought what is less important than to see people relate to my beasts. I have examples of my wild animals and horses on exhibition.
